FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer free tracked shipping worldwide using reliable carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, YunExpress, TNT, APC, NL Post, or EMS.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
• UK, Europe & Australia: 6- 12 business days
• USA & Canada:
• 6 - 12 business days (stock-dependent)
• 7 - 15 business days (if shipping from an overseas warehouse)
• Asia: 7 - 15 business days
• All Other Countries: 7 - 15 business days
Shipping times are based on averages and may be affected by customs processing and local regulations.
Order processing
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
• Orders ship within 12 - 48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
Stock Availability & Fulfillment Centers
If an item is out of stock in our USA warehouse, we will automatically fulfill your order from another warehouse without prior notice. In such cases, please allow 4 - 18 days for delivery.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return your item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Return Conditions:
✔ Items must be new & unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
✔ Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.
✔ You must provide a proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping & Fees:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Draeven does not provide return shipping labels.
• For Canada & USA returns, please use Canada Post or USPS with a trackable shipping method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items:
🚫 Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 - 10 business days to appear in your account.
🚫 Missing or stolen packages marked as “delivered” cannot be refunded or replaced.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.
• If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input, we cannot send a replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
• You may request order changes or cancellations within 6 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday).
• Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect or cancel it.
DAMAGED ITEMS & SHIPPING CLAIMS
• All items are carefully packed before shipping.
• If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@draeven.com within 12 hours of delivery.
• Attach 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item for us to process your claim.
📩 Proofs must be submitted within 24 hours after receiving the item.
